Q1. I'm getting "The promotional code you entered is not valid" when trying to enter the coupon code

A1: In order for the coupon code to work, the item in your cart must be "Sold by: Swampfox Optics". 

STEP BY STEP:

STEP 1: After clicking on "GEAR UP" on the email, navigate to the product category that you want to shop

STEP 2: Locate the product you want to purchase, and click "see all details"

STEP 3: On the product listing page, scroll down to "Other Sellers on Amazon" or "New From"
STEP 4: Look for "Sold by: Swampfox Optics" and click "Add to Cart"

STEP 5: After adding to Cart click on "proceed to checkout" and enter your code in the payment method section "Add a gift card or promotion code or voucher"
