All warranty claims are submitted electronically. Before submitting, please confirm you have the following:
- A Swampfox Optics account
- Valid proof of purchase from Swampfox or an authorized third-party dealer
- Accepted forms include: an invoice or receipt, a confirmation email from the place of purchase, or a bank/credit card statement showing the purchase amount and date
- Photos of the optic, including the serial number and any visible issues
