How should I package my optic when sending it back for a warranty claim?Updated 8 days ago
When shipping your optic back on a warranty claim, please follow these guidelines:
- Package the optic in its original box if available. If not, ensure the optic is wrapped and padded appropriately.
- Place the boxed optic inside an appropriately-sized outer shipping container with adequate padding. Envelopes are not accepted.
- Do not include any accessories or tools with your warranty claim.
- We are not responsible for other accessories such as slides, plates, etc.
- Do not affix the return label directly to the product box - attach it to the outer shipping container.
- Labels affixed to the product box itself may be refused and sent back
