If the screws or included accessories you need were not in the box, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email ([email protected]). In your email, include your order number, a screenshot of your proof of purchase, and a clear photo of everything included in the box. This helps us verify the order and confirm what should have been included.

Once we have that information, we will review your case and work with you to submit a Parts Request for any missing items so the correct components can be sent out as quickly as possible.

In many cases, we recommend purchasing our Ultimate Red Dot Screw Pack. We include the most common sets of screws with our dot sights, but sometimes that doesn't encompass every build/custom cut - our Red Dot Screw Pack does, though!
